Sunday, March 29

I hope that you are all having a great Sunday. As we continue to worship in our own homes, I am encouraged by the fact that many of you are still able to interact with your Sunday School classes and stay in touch with each other by phone and email.

Until we can meet together again, we will continue to provide resources on this website to facilitate worship in your own homes. There will be quite a few resources below, beginning with Sunday School downloads and videos for preschoolers and school–aged children. Following those resources will be some songs and a sermon for our “Sunday morning worship” time.

Worship Service

We celebrate the resurrection of Jesus every Sunday, but during this time of year, we place special emphasis on the death, burial, and resurrection of our Savior.

Before you watch today’s sermon, I’ve picked out some songs for you to worship along with. Some (or all) of them might be new to you, but I’ve selected them specifically to encourage our hearts with the truth that Jesus is ruling, reigning, and worthy of our worship. I’ve also selected two songs for us to listen to after the message, to reiterate the main ideas from the sermon and to encourage all of us as we continue to face uncertain days ahead.

I’m praying for you as you enter a time of worship in your own home today. We might be spread out, but we are still a church family, praising the only true God, as one body of believers.
